专职合规管理员

内部审计部审计经理

职责描述:

1、对公司所有业务职能开展审计工作(包括计划、执行和报告);

2、持续监测、识别和评估关键和高风险领域,并评估其风控的可靠性;

3、与业务相关方讨论,以了解风险驱动因素、控制状态和影响,从而制定公司的内审方针;

4、确定审计范围,设计测试步骤,以评估风控措施的设计是否充分性,运行是否有效;

5、制定正式的审计结论,如审计报告和管理行动计划;

6、完成风控和内审的关键指标;

基金运营部基金会计

工作地点:深圳

职责描述:

1、独立完成基金交易的清算、基金资产的估值、基金资产净值的估值;

2、负责与托管行对帐以及基金资产头寸管理;

3、编制基金投资管理、运作分析所需的报表与报告;

4、根据信息披露的法定要求,准确、及时地编制所需的报表;

5、负责对基金会计小组其他成员培训基金估值、清算业务;

财务管理部财务会计

职责描述:

1、认真贯彻并执行《企业会计准则》等财务法律、法规以及公司各项财务、会计制度;

2、审核公司经济活动原始凭证的合法性、真实性,并据此编制并录入记账凭证;

3、定期编制公司会计报表,完成报表分析;

4、负责向中国证监会、统计局、财政局等监管机关报送财务报表、统计报表及有关财务资料,并依法提供各类财务数据;

5、负责公司会计凭证、会计账簿、会计报表以及其他会计核算资料等会计档案的装订、保管工作;

6、协助年度决算、审计及预算编制工作;

4、开展各类产品的业绩归因分析工作,制作业绩归因报告;

Infrastructure Engineer

LOCATION: SHENZHEN

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Design,Installing,configuring,and maintaining operating environments, including Network, Servers, OS, Hypervisor, SAN Storage, etc.

•Monitoring these operating environments.

•Responding and troubleshooting effectively and speedily to any problems.

•Providing training and support.

•Ensuring operating environments’ safety and security.

•Updating any software and hardware where necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Initiate and drive the key aspects of technology risk management activities according to the Technology Risk Management Framework and Legal Entity specific processes.

•Act as the second line of defense on the responses to regulatory inquiries/inspections/audits.

•Execute global technology risk assessment programs and defining local requirements.

•Assessment of IT risks; conducting self-assessment and data analysis to help identify technology related risks, and subsequently monitor, track and manage them.

•Responsible for MSHF data strategy, database and data warehouse architecture design and optimization.

•Responsible for database administration.

•Work with vendors to implement solutions under MSHF data strategy.

•Analyze structural requirements for new software and/or applications.

•Migrate data from legacy systems to new solutions.

•Design conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts.

•Define database physical structure and functional capabilities, security, back-up, and recovery specifications.

 Systems Operations Engineer

LOCATION: SHENZHEN

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the company's systems (e.g.investment and trading, fund valuation, transfer agent), and provide technical support for the day-to-day business processes.

•Manage projects related to owned systems. Including business requirements analysis, solutions identification, resource estimation and organize the implementations.

•Organize and participate in all testing exercise of relevant systems, including but not limited to tests arranged by Stock Exchange, CSDC or any other key institutions.

•Maintain high standards of operations and maintenance of systems in accordance to the standards from MS, MSHF and the IT department.

Security Operation Architec

LOCATION: SHENZHEN

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with MSHF IT and Morgan Stanley security team to develop, implement, and enhance MSHF security capabilities, policies, processes, and programs.

• Interface with MSHF technology risk,audit,and compliance to develop and execute security self-assessment and internal audit plans.

• Daily security operational tasks including DLP, Anti-spam, anti-virus, end point security solutions, perimeter security solutions.

• Manage the vulnerability management program, including scanning, analyzing, and tracking on the progress of the patchin.

• Manage the penetration test program.

• Manage the application security program including static and dynamic code scan and tracking.

• Handle the security incident analysis and respond.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree or above. (Information Technology or related is preferred but not required);

• Industry certifications (i.e. ISC2, ISACA, SAN), though are not essential, will help differentiate the candidates;

• At least 8+ years working experience in IT security operation.
